Hebron University’s Commitment to SDG 10: Advancing Reduced Inequalities by Empowering Underrepresented Groups
It's the 10th Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) and it aims to lessen inequality both inside and between nations. In Palestine, Hebron University is committed to eliminating inequality by fostering inclusivity, empowering marginalized groups, and fostering a more just society. It understands the significance of this objective.
“Strengthening the role of women in the promotion of an inclusive and sustainable economic development and equality between women and men in Palestine” is an initiative that is launched by the Palestine Information & Communication Technology Incubator (PICTI) in partnership with Women’s Technical Affairs Committee (WATC) and Alianza Por La Solidaridad (APS) in the frame of the project “Palestinian women enjoying their economic rights and promoting social change” funded by Generalitat De Valencia.
The Department of Students’ Affairs with the cooperation of Qader Institution for Societal development held a workshop to put a plan to develop policies and interventions which achieve equality for handicapped students and with the participation of the Committee for Handicapped affairs and the relevant parties in the University.

Hebron University - Human Resource Department
The department provides a full range of professional services on employment issues for all college and administrative staff. This includes advice on recruitment, promotion and terms and conditions of service with taks of training for staff including management training, equality awareness, health and safety training, and various aspects of IT.
Hebron University Alumni Unit Hosts a Charity Event Titled: "I Can"
Under the auspices of Dr. Nabil Al-Jabari, Chairman of Board of Trustees, and in corporation with Injaz Palestine, the alumni unit at the university hosted a charity event for the student initiative "I Can" which aims to merge disabled people within the society.
Festival on the Rights of Persons with Disability at Hebron University Law School
Hebron University Law School, through its clinical programs, in collaboration with the YMCA in Jerusalem and the Law School’s Cultural Club, organized a festival on the rights of persons with disabilities in Palestine.
