INTRODUCTION
Sustainable Development Goal 1 (SDG 1), part of the United Nations' ambitious 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. SDG 1 recognizes that poverty is a complex and multifaceted issue that affects millions of people worldwide, preventing them from enjoying their basic human rights and opportunities for a better life. SDG 1 aims to "End poverty in all its forms everywhere." This goal focuses on addressing the multidimensional aspects of poverty, ensuring that all individuals have access to the resources, opportunities, and social support necessary to lift themselves out of poverty and improve their quality of life. Hebron University, situated in the heart of the Palestinian territories, has made significant strides in contributing to the achievement of SDG 1 within its local context.
