About the conference
About the conference
Since the establishment of the Palestinian Chemists Society in 1993, it was agreed to hold a conference every three years that brings together chemists from Palestinian Universities. It was also agreed that the conference be held periodically between Palestinian Universities. Al-Quds University in Abu-Dees was the first to organize the conference in the period 23-24 of May in 1993. The conference then developed to include Arab chemists from Arab Universities and subsequently chemists from international Universities. The Society finally agreed to name the conference “Palestinian International Chemistry Conference”. The department of Chemistry at Hebron University organized the fifth conference in the period 4-5 of 2012. The last conference (The ninth one) was organized by Bethlehem University in the period 30-31 October of 2019.
