The Saudi Delegation Visits HU & Meet Dr. Nabil Al-Jabari

The Saudi Delegation Visits Hebron University and Meets Dr. Nabil al-Jabari Dr. Nabil al-Jabari, Chairman of Board of Trustees, received a high-ranking Saudi delegation from Middle East Center for Strategic and Legal Studies includes Lieutenant Dt. Anwar Eshqi, Head of the center, Engineer Ali Reda, Chairman of International Saudi Group for Engineering Consultations and General Trade, Dr. Mohammad Abu Nawwas, Consultant, and Mr. Abdel Hamid Hakim, Manager of the center, in the presence of Professor Ahmad Atawneh, University president, Mr. Jawdi Abu Snaine, Member of Board of Trustees, and a number of deans of colleges at the university.

At the very outset, Dr. al-Jabari welcomed the guest delegation and thanked the Saudi Kingdom for their generous support presented to the Palestinians. He also praised their visit through which they can see the difficult situations experienced by the Palestinians on a daily basis. Dr. al-Jabari confirmed that Palestinians decided to stay in this land and the occupation will end.
In his turn, Dr. Eshqi thanked Dr. al-Jabari for the great hospitality and expressed his great happiness visiting the city of Hebron and the university which is considered as a beacon of science in this country. He also stated his complete support for the Palestinian cases through which the Palestinian independent state could be achieved.

Professor Atawneh briefed on the development of the university and the incident that led to the university's closure for years. He also elaborated on the facilities and centers available at the university to help students and the Palestinian community.
At the end of their visit, the delegation toured the university facilities and visited Radio Alam and the Media Center where they were received by Mr. Talal al-Jabari, Head of the Media center who welcomed the delegation and presented a short overview of the center's work.
