HU Issues the First Students' Legal Journal in Palestine

The Faculty of Law has issued "Al- Mizan" (the balance) students' journal. The journal aims to encourage law students to write articles and legal research that raise community awareness of rights in Palestine and develop the scientific research among law students, professors, lawyers and human rights activists inside Palestine and outside.

The Journal includes several sections such as legal articles and research, review of judicial decisions, legislative developments, interviews, legal terms, and news and activities of the Faculty of Law. The current issue includes various topics including: Rent Act, child labor, medical mistakes, the legal profession, and the reform of Palestinian justice sector. In fact, the journal is the product of cooperative work of law students and the supervisors Dr. Ihab Amro and Mr. Hendam Rjoub.
