Hebron University concludes workshops for the MA students in Applied Linguistics

In cooperation with the British Council, the English Department at Hebron University hosted on Saturday and Sunday Mr. Andrew Foster from the British Council. The chairman of the English Department Dr. Mohammed Farrah welcomed Mr. Foster and discussed with him further future cooperation and conducting workshops for BA students in the English Department. Then, Mr. Foster conducted a workshop for the MA students in Applied Linguistics. The workshop focused on task based learning and teaching. He demonstrated how the tasks can maximize and create opportunities for meaning-focused language use. The presenter offered the trainees practical examples to be used in their language classrooms.
