The Media Department at Hebron University organized a training workshop for its students, featuring journalist Taha Abu Hussein—an alumnus of the university and a professional with several media organizations. The workshop aimed to share his expertise and enhance students' practical skills in media production.

Attendees included Dr. Qais Abu Ayyash and Dr. Saeed Shaheen, Head of the Media Department, who commended the distinguished contributions of HU media graduates in prominent local and international outlets. 

Abu Hussein provided a detailed breakdown of TV reporting techniques, drawing from his professional experience and offering practical advice on navigating media industry demands.

The session saw active student engagement, with participants proposing ideas for potential reports to develop during hands-on training. Several concepts were selected for student-led production, with plans to showcase and evaluate the final pieces for constructive feedback.

In closing, Dr. Abu Ayyash thanked Abu Hussein and attendees, emphasizing the value of such workshops in refining students’ professional competencies, bridging theory with fieldwork, and preparing them for careers in media.
