HU Legal Clinic Hosts Workshop on "Land Governance and Real Estate Dispute Resolution"

As part of its commitment to enhancing legal education and fostering practical skills, the Legal Clinic at Hebron University's College of Law and Political Science organized a workshop in collaboration with the Land Research Center (LRC). Titled "Land Governance and Real Estate Dispute Resolution Methods," the workshop drew significant participation from students who engaged in intensive hands-on training sessions.

The event bridged theoretical knowledge with real-world applications, focusing on strategies to safeguard lands against confiscation and providing step-by-step guidance on preparing objection files for land confiscation and home demolition cases imposed by the Israeli occupation.
