The study aimed to reveal the level of both future anxiety and quality of life, and the relationship between them among a sample of widows in Irbid Governorate. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the future anxiety scale consisted of (32) items in five domains (psychological, healthy, social, family, economic), and the quality of life scale consisted of (27) items. The study sample consisted of (311) registered widows in community services centres, family and women's protection and support centres located in various districts in Irbid Governorate. The results of the study showed that the level of future anxiety among widows was high degree, and the level of quality of life among widows was low degree. The results indicated that there was negative correlative relationship between the level of future anxiety and the quality of life among widows in Irbid Governorate.
