الملخص:

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى مشكلات الطلبة المتميزين الملتحقين ببرامج المتميزين في محافظة إربد، ومعرفة تأثير كل من متغير(الجنس، والصف، ومستوى دخلالأسرة). ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أعدت استبانة تكونت بصورتها النهائية من(60) فقرة، توزعت على عشرة مجالات هي: (الخوف من الفشل، ونشدان الكمال، وعدم تفهم الوالدين لحاجات المتميز، وسوء التكيف المدرسي، والإحساس بالإحباط والعجز عن إحداث التغيير، والتوقعات العالية، والمواد الدراسية غير المتحدية لقدرات الطالب، والمماطلة، والافتقار للقدرة على اتخاذ القرارات بسبب تعدد الاهتمامات، وتدني مفهوم الذات نتيجة الحساسية المفرطة). وطبقت الاستبانة على عينة قصدية من الطلبة المتميزين بلغ عددها (114)طالباً وطالبة، يمثلون ما نسبته(82%)  من مجتمع الدراسة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنأبرزالمشكلات التي تواجه الطلبة المتميزين جاءت متواترة على الأبعاد الآتية: نشدان الكمال، ثم التوقعات العالية، ثم المواد الدراسية غير المتحدية لقدرات الطالب. كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدموجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى المشكلات التي يعانيها الطلبة المتميزون على المجالات جميعها تعزى لمتغير الجنس، باستثناء المجال الثالث (عدم تفهم الوالدين لحاجات التميز)، لصالح الذكور. ولمتغير الصف باستثناء المجال السادس (التوقعات العالية من المتميز)، والمجال السابع:(المواد الدراسية غير المتحدية)، لصالح الصف العاشر. وأخيراً أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى المشكلات التي يعانيها الطلبة المتميزون تعزى لمتغير مستوى دخل الأسرة. وعموماً، فقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الطلبة المتميزين يعانون مشكلات في جميع المجالات، وهم بحاجة لخدمات إرشادية يجب أن تؤخذ بعين بالاهتمام.

 
Abstract:

This study aimed at exploring the levels of the problems of the gifted students who are part of the gifted program in Irbid Governorate. It also aimed at exploring the effect of each variable of the following: (sex, grade, and family income). A questionnaire was prepared to achieve the study aims. It was composed of sixty (60) items, distributed into ten (10) domains: fear from failure, seeking perfectness, non-awareness of the parents of the gifted needs, inability to adjust, feeling of frustration and inability to change, high expectation, unchallenging syllabuses, postponement, lack of ability to make decisions due to multi-interests and low self – concept due to extreme vulnerability. The study was applied on an intended sample composed of (114) gifted and talented students with (82%) ratio of the study society. The result of the study showed that the most important problems which faced the gifted students were in the following dimensions: (seeking perfectness, high expectations, and the non - challenging syllabuses. The results also revealed no significant differences in the levels of the problems on all domains due to sex variable, except the third domain (non-awareness of the parents of the gifted needs), in favor of the male. Also, the results revealed no significant differences due to class variable, except the sixth domain (high expectation), and the seventh domain (unchallenging syllabuses). Lastly, the results revealed no significant differences due to family income variable.  In general, the results of the study showed that the gifted students suffer from problems in all domains, and they need counseling services which must be taken into consideration.
