الملخص:
يتناول البحث حقا من حقوق المطلقة المالية هو (متعة الطلاق)،وقد هدف الباحث إلى بيان معنى متعة الطلاق ،وحكمة مشروعيتها،مع التفصيل في حكم المتعة من خلال تتبع آراء الفقهاء، واستقرائها من مظانها وقد خلص البحث إلى:وجوب المتعة لجميع المطلقات،دخل بهن، أو لم يدخل بهن ما لم تكن الزوجة هي المتسببة في إنهاء الرابطة الزوجية، وهذه المتعة تقدر بحسب حال الرجل عسرا، ويسرا .
Abstract :
