Office Administrator
Job Description:

Handle phone calls and arrange meetings for the Director
-
Manage the daily/weekly/monthly itinerary
-
Prepare and distribute correspondence
-
Create and maintain database, social media outreach
-
Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
-
Develop and maintain filing system
-
Make travel arrangements and document expenses
Job Requirements:
-
Minimum two years’experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
-
Fluent in Arabic and English
-
Familiarity with optimization techniques
-
Efficient, effective multi-tasking and time management capability
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Effective social media ability
-
Proficiency with MS Office programs: Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
-
College degree required
